BASIS veranstaltet im September eine einmonatige Musikresidenz für Künstler:innen aus Europa. Fünf talentierte Musiker:innen, Komponist:innen und Produzent:innen, die für ihre individuelle Expertise bekannt sind, schaffen elektronische und ambionische Musik, inspiriert von der Folklore, der Landschaft und den Menschen des Vinschgaus. 

Zum Abschluss der Residenz werden sie ihre individuellen Kompositionen sowie klassische und experimentelle Aufnahmen präsentieren.


Wir stellen die Künstler:innen vor:

Abigél Varga 

She studied in her BA Applied Composition at Franz Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest. Afterwards she studied at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, in the Komposition Meisterklasse postgraduate programme.

The Oratorio Embrace combined with dance choreography was performed in the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, as her final exam concert. She already composed some operette and opera and also her music and compositions were selected for theater pieces.

Celia Serrano 

 Artivist, saxophonist, singer, and composer from Valencia, currently based in the Netherlands. Her work explores the fusion of diverse musical styles, using art as a tool for social transformation. She leads the musical projects Azúmbara, LilyxCelia, and Still I Rise Collective, and has performed at festivals such as the North Sea Jazz Festival, Noorderzon, and the Amsterdam Roots Festival.

Daniel Rudolf

is a Berlin-based sound artist originally from Romania. He comes from a classical music background which deeply influences his music.  In recent years, he has increasingly explored the electronic world. He mainly focuses on neoclassical, ambient and experimental music, but sometimes also plays techno and enjoys the freedom to just have fun with music. His influences often come from the surroundings, using and mnipulating filed recordings to create new sounds. Media composition and foley are his focus, although installations and performances have been a big part of his work in the past few years. 

Fiorentina Harasko

She studied violoncello in the master's program at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna with Bernhard Hedenborg (, with a special focus on chamber music and conducting. Prior to this, she/he completed a bachelor's degree in instrumental and vocal pedagogy as well as concert studies, both at the same institution.


In addition to her academic training, she is involved in a variety of artistic projects. As a choir director and member of various ensembles, such as the Wiener Singverein and the Wiener Neustädter Instrumentalisten chamber orchestra, she/he gained valuable experience. Her musical work has been honored with scholarships and prizes, including the art scholarship of the European Forum Alpbach and multiple successes at the youth music competition “prima la musica”.

Jera Topolovec

is a versatile performer and singer, having worked with Carmina Slovenica and participated in renowned international festivals such as the Prototype Festival in New York, Festival d'Automne à Paris, and the Ruhrtriennale and the Moscow Easter Festival.

Beyond performing, she has taken on roles as an assistant director at Slovensko Mladinsko Gledališče, contributing to notable theater productions like Umetnost vojne, umetnost miru and Odilo. Zatemnitev. Oratorij (2018), which were featured in festivals like Bitef and Borštnikovo Srečanje. Her scenographic work includes performances such as Norma Jean Baker Trojanska (2022) and Strah in beda tretjega rajha (2023).
