In the former Palazzina Tagliamento, small business spaces of 20-100m² can be rented. In the so-called creative workshop, artists can create their space according to their own needs, realise themselves, and exchange ideas with other international artists and local artisans.

Temporary store or gallery
The BASIS has two small retail spaces right in the pedestrian zone in Schlanders. Available for PopUp shops, temporary exhibitions, workshops, readings, as a meeting room or coworking space.

In the large event room of 220m² with a retractable stage, you will find enough space for your next yoga session, dance or gymnastics classes. The room can be completely darkened and illuminated as desired.
